Graphic Designer

We're looking for a senior Graphic Designer who can own MYHAL's visual identity end-to-end — from in-app illustrations to social campaigns and print. You'll work directly with the founders and product team to ship pixel-perfect work that resonates with India's farming community.

What you'll do

  • Design mobile app screens, banners, illustrations and marketing assets for the MYHAL app.
  • Create social media creatives, ad campaigns and video thumbnails for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Own MYHAL's brand system — typography, color, iconography and visual tone.
  • Design print collateral: brochures, posters, mandi standees and event branding.
  • Collaborate with developers using Figma; deliver clean, dev-ready specs and assets.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of professional graphic / visual design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showing mobile app design, marketing creatives and brand work.
  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma. Bonus: After Effects / video edit.
  • Solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory and design systems.
  • Comfortable designing for Indian audiences and regional languages.
  • Self-driven, organised and able to ship multiple projects in parallel.

React Native Developer

We're hiring an experienced React Native Developer on a part-time, fully remote basis to build and ship features on the MYHAL app — used by thousands of farmers across India. You'll own significant chunks of the codebase, work closely with design and backend, and help us scale the app to the next million users. Flexible hours, weekly sync, async-friendly.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain features on the MYHAL React Native app for Android and iOS.
  • Integrate REST APIs, manage app state, and handle offline / low-connectivity scenarios common to rural India.
  • Optimize app performance — startup time, list rendering, image loading, bundle size.
  • Write clean, testable, well-documented TypeScript code and review peer PRs.
  • Ship to Play Store / App Store; manage release pipelines and crash monitoring.
  • Collaborate with designers in Figma to translate designs into pixel-perfect UI.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of professional React Native development experience.
  • Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals; deep understanding of React hooks and state management (Redux / Zustand / Context).
  • Hands-on experience with native modules, push notifications, deep links and in-app purchases / payments.
  • Experience publishing apps to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and writing unit / integration tests.
  • Bonus: experience with Firebase, Maps SDK, image optimization, or building for low-end Android devices.
